Balancing your hormones is key to overall health and wellness, however. I probably don't have to tell you that, when hormones become imbalanced they can wreak havoc in the body.

Hormones enable different parts of the body to communicate and control most major bodily functions, from weight, energy, mood, fertility, sleep, and so much more.

When your body is under stress because of diet, emotions, enviromental pollutants and more, this can impact hormone production and how your body uses the hormones it is making.

Some of the key hormones include cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, DHEAA, and testosterone. Did you know dopamine and serotonin are sme of the chemical messengers that play a role in balancing hormones as well?

There is a very good chance that over the years you’ve experienced negative results from a hormone imbalance, but never understood the cause. Chronic stress, for example, is a major contributor to hormonal imbalances. Stress hormones play an important function, however, they can also disrupt other hormone functions often leading to poor health.

My goal is to provide you with important information on how your hormones are impacted and what you can do to start feeling more like yourself again.
