IBS Support Group
IBS Support Has Finally Arrived
Irritable bowel syndrome, also known as IBS for short, is a common gastrointestinal disorder. Those who are living with IBS experience various symptoms ranging from bloating to diarrhea and constipation.
At times it can feel like IBS takes over, and you lose control of your life, but this doesn’t have to be the case! There are steps you can take to manage your IBS-related symptoms.
Once you have an understanding of what sparks your symptoms, you’ll be better equipped to address issues before they start, which is one of the main topics we’ll be discussing.
Regain control of your life and get the support you need during IBS Support Group. We begin on Wednesday, March 4th, and we’re looking for individuals with IBS who can share their experiences and want to learn techniques to curb symptoms. We’re here to guide you through the experience, all you have to do is sign up!
Meet Laura Dankof, The Facilitator of IBS Support Group
Are you suffering from digestive issues such as gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or heartburn? Do you lack the energy to do the things you want to do? Maybe you suffer from hormone imbalances. Do you have Hashimoto’s, premenstrual or menopausal symptoms that are leaving fat, fatigued, irritable, sleep deprived and suffering from hot flashes? My goal is not to treat diseases or conditions, but to identify the root cause(s) that are preventing you from feeling well.
